I am so glad to participate in “The secrets of condo investment”. It was quite unbelievable that Singaporeans paid attention to the course more than expected. This is one of my dreams that I have a chance to organize seminars in other countries to enhance my potential as I spoke English throughout the course and had to ensure that the participants understand the investment principles in our country. It was fun. I got a good feedback from the participants and was very impressed. Many of them are interested in investing in our country because the price condominium units in Thailand is lower and there are not many limitations like their country. In this country, anyone wishing to buy 2nd condominium unit has to pay tax at 7% of the price, and are subject to 9% and 11% tax for 3rd and 4th condominium units respectively. The price of Condominium unit in Singapore is approximately 3-5 times the price in our country. Most of them are in form of a 99-year lease. Now, many of you may know that there are more foreigners investing in our country. It definitely stimulates our economics because of positive money flows but the price of real estate tends to increase in the future.

As I said previously, Thai people needs to study on the investment more seriously in order not to lose opportunities. I will share a good experience during my visit in the seminar.
